A rare treat for an actual bed-and-breakfast to be listed on Airbnb, at least in an area I wish to go. An incredible historic home in home and garden tour condition. Just a block from the small downtown and a nice city park, very walkable community. The breakfast was very tasty with options for people who wanted to drink, coffee or have fruit. Insist it was an actual bed and breakfast opportunity interact with some other guest in a relaxed atmosphere. It’s very close to attractions like the Curtis Museum, which is an amazing air museum, The Corning museum, in downtown Corning, which is beautiful. And close to Watkins Glenn State Park. I would recommend this location to anyone. - Richard
I am from the Chicago area and stayed at the Parker House on my way to New Hampshire and then stayed on my way back. This was the best experience I have had in a bed and breakfast. Mia welcomed me into her home and was an excellent host. On both my eastbound and westbound stays, Mia and her husband treated me like a friend stopping in for a night's rest. The breakfasts were wonderful, the house is beautifully designed, and it contains a fun history, but the best part of the experience was the feeling of being welcome. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and I particularly appreciate the soft towels in the bathroom. The chance to converse with other guest also enhanced the experience. I cannot recommend this bed and breakfast more and I hope to return on my expedition to the east coast. Thank you Mia for a lovely stay. - Matt
We had an absolutely lovely time staying here! Mia (and Toasty, the friendly B&B dog) were nothing but welcoming and kind from the very beginning. The house itself is stunning and looks even better than the pictures. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and furnished with everything that you might need. Mia did a great job anticipating the potential needs of her guests and was so thoughtful in how she gave personal recommendations and made breakfast based on dietary needs. We would 100% stay here again - gorgeous area, plenty to do, and wonderful hosts! - Elizabeth
Mia was the sweetest motherly warm person she communicated with me the whole trip up there and waited for me when i hit traffic. The house itself is so gorgeous and well taken care of and clean and so cozy. I had such a nice experience in such a comfortable stay. She even made us breakfast early in the morning before we had to hit the road again. The breakfast was so fresh and delicious and healthy i was so impressed!! Such a welcoming, and lovely host. 100% recommend this place. - Rebecca
Let's start with the hosts: they're the friendliest people that you can possibly find. Hands down, they're the best. The place looks like something out of a movie, we felt like we traveled on time back to 1880. It's really cozy and delightful to be there. I had the best rest in a long time. They treat you like family, so, enjoy it. I'd definitely go back there every time I have a chance. - Arthur
Loved our stay at the Parker’s home. I felt like I teleported to the 1800s as they kept the character of the home intact. Mia and Tony were friendly hosts. We enjoyed Toasty’s company too! Didn’t feel like a B&B but like we checked into a lovely hotel as everything seemed very professional. Such an interesting decor. Would definitely recommend her place. I’m sure to return. The best B&B I’ve been to this year! - Sangeetha
Our stay in the George Room at Mia and Tony’s home, also known as the Parker House, was magical. The intricate woodwork, stained glass, cozy bath, and elegant dining room made the space feel peaceful and special. Every corner is full of charm and care. Mia, Tony, and their daughter welcomed us so warmly and made us feel safe and at home for our three and a half days there. Mia is not only an amazing host, but also a truly gifted cook — her breakfasts were delicious and thoughtfully made, even adjusting recipes for my Celiac disease; which took so much stress out of trip planning for us. They went above and beyond to guide us to the best local spots and made sure we had everything we needed, even installing an AC in our room as we visited during a heat wave. The dining room had me in awe, it’s so beautiful. Their sweet black lab Toasty kept us laughing the whole time! Meeting this family was a true joy. Their kindness shines through in all they do. We can’t wait to come back! - Gabryella
Mia was so kind and welcoming to my husband, baby, and me. We arrived in the middle of the night for a short family visit, and while the side door stuck a little, Mia had provided clear instructions, making check-in easy. Her Victorian home is full of character, with beautiful antique pieces and original wood detailing. Our room and private bathroom were comfortable and well-stocked with towels, toiletries, and even spare toothbrushes. Mia made delicious gluten-free breakfasts for my husband and had a great coffee and tea station available for guests. She kept her sweet dog Toasty in the back to avoid startling our baby, though he’s very friendly and just wants attention. There’s also a cozy guest lounge with games and even a cocktail dispenser—a fun and unexpected touch! The location is great—Putnam Square is very walkable, and there’s a lovely little park nearby. You can really feel that hosting is Mia’s dream—her care and hospitality shine in every detail. We had a wonderful stay. - Olivia
Mia and Tony were so welcoming but Toasty was best of all. Such a cute little B&B, welcoming hosts, helped us make the most of our three day stay in the FingerLakes region. Everything was as described and it feels like we made new friends! Thanks for your hospitality and a great stay! - Amy
We loved our stay! The bed was comfortable and it was fun to stay at a true bed and breakfast. Very friendly hosts and great breakfast meal. We loved hanging out with Toasty the sweet dog. Super convenient location on the way to Niagara Falls too! - Ana
